Congratulations to all who were approved!

My field office must be very slow. I haven't heard anything since my biometric appointment mid August.

I tried calling USCIS for a case update (nothing shows on website) but I can't seem to find how to talk to a human being. Any of you know how? Should I rather make an Infopass appointment? It's been 4 months and 17 days now since my NOA...according to their timeline, it should be processed within 4 months.

What should I do?

US citizen since April 2016

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

You can do an infopass appointment but they will just tell you what you can read for yourself on the screen. You can call the USCIS number and have them submit an inquiry if it's outside of the processing time, though you said you couldn't figure out the prompts on there. So my recommendation would be find out who your congressman is from this site https://writerep.house.gov/writerep/welcome.shtml and call them. They have a person who will send will send you some privacy release forms and they can submit the inquiry directly to USCIS headquarters. It will take about 30 days but you will know exactly what is going on with your case and when you can expect a result of some sort. Good luck!

Muh and Me: sorry to hear that. . Try calling or doing infopass - for me they are equally useless. But at least you can have them open a service request and get a papertrail going on your case. I wouldn't just rely on that but would definitely contact your congressman. Good luck!! And let us know how it goes.
