Not that anyone can actually answer this, just venting.

I am sooo frustrated and we have only just begun the AOS process. But they keep messing up my daughter's case.

I received an RFE on the 12th, dated the 6th Sept for paperwork they already had, which I sent back the same day, no point arguing, just make a copy and send another one. Her case didn't get transferred to CSC with mine.

And now I get an email saying that the letter, which I received from them, was returned to them as undeliverable. I just got off the phone with them and am having them resend it "just in case" it is another rfe on her case and not the one I have already responded to and also with USPS who informed me that the evidence that was mailed back was delivered this morning at 9.06am. The email I got from USCIS was at 11.14am. Could it just be I have a complete moron working on my daughter's case, who has not only lost paperwork but who also has no idea and pressed the wrong selection telling me that it was undelivered instead of saying they got it. I am getting really worried that this person at the USCIS, who is messing up big time, is going to make this case look like it is abandoned when that is far from the truth. SHHHHEEEEESH.

That is very odd that your daughter's AOS case was not transferred to CSC with yours.

I think you are probably right in your assumption that some incompetent USCIS employee just generated the wrong response to your returned RFE materials.

But, I guess you'll find out soon enough if, in fact, another RFE is on it's way.

Good luck for a speedy approval of both your own and your daughter's AOS.
