RaspberrySwirl if you give me time to go through my saved IM'S my fiance gave me the simple recipe for homemade mayo, and its made this way i believe all through europe not just romania.

if i remember correctly it was 2 egg whites, blended with a couple 1tsp of mustard and some lemon juice, and then a bit of vinegar if wanted,and one boiled egg yoke. yea i believe that was it off the top of my head. was the best mayo i ever tasted. and yes, we dont have good mayo in the US, its salad dressing

again i will look through the ims for the complete recipe
