QUICK QUESTION,,,I WORKED FOR THE SAME COMPANY SINCE 2004 AND DURING LATE AUG.2009 I HAD TO GO ON FMLA TO CARE FOR MY MOTHER..LONG STORY SHORT,,MY COMPANY DIDNT GIVE ME THE TIME OFF AS REQUIRED BY THE LAW,SO I WAS ALLOWED TO COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE TIME I WAS OUT OF WORK DO TO THEM..SO,ON MY TAX TRANSCRIPT IT SHOW MY WAGES FROM AUG,2010 OF $22,680 AND THEN $26,700 FROM UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE YEAR...SO MY WAGES ARE UNDER THE MIN. REQUIRED...THIS YEAR 2011, I'VE ALREADY MADE $32,478 AS OF LAST FRIDAY...DO YOU THINK I'LL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE INCOME REQUIREMENTS??????? I don't think you will have any problrm with the income that you have now. For the unemployment case, I will leave it for others to comment on.
