QUICK QUESTION,,,I WORKED FOR THE SAME COMPANY SINCE 2004 AND DURING LATE AUG.2009 I HAD TO GO ON FMLA TO CARE FOR MY MOTHER..LONG STORY SHORT,,MY COMPANY DIDNT GIVE ME THE TIME OFF AS REQUIRED BY THE LAW,SO I WAS ALLOWED TO COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE TIME I WAS OUT OF WORK DO TO THEM..SO,ON MY TAX TRANSCRIPT IT SHOW MY WAGES FROM AUG,2010 OF $22,680 AND THEN $26,700 FROM UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE YEAR...SO MY WAGES ARE UNDER THE MIN. REQUIRED...THIS YEAR 2011, I'VE ALREADY MADE $32,478 AS OF LAST FRIDAY...DO YOU THINK I'LL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE INCOME REQUIREMENTS??????? INTERVIEW COMING AUG.9TH,2011...THANK FOR UR HELP....GREG

I don't think you will have any problrm with the income that you have now. For the unemployment case, I will leave it for others to comment on.

You don't list how many people are in the house hold. Hard to say if you make the requirement or not without knowing how many are in the house hold.
