Dear MENA members?

Do you guys have access to Arabic TV channels at your home? Although I am myself a MENA dude, I never really had Arabic TV channels at my home while I am single here in the States. I am not really a TV guy. But since my sweetheart is coming, and I will no longer be single anymore, I need to make changes that would make her feel more at home...like getting Arabic and Moroccan TV channels for her. The thing is I do not know where to get them from, what company?

Do any of you guys/gals know a good way to get International TV programming?

Thank you :)

Dish Network offers Arabic language channels as part of an international channels "package". At one time, Dish Network offered 2M Monde, though I am not sure if this is still the case. They do offer several Syrian and Egyptian channels that she might be familiar with from NILESAT. They're not cheap tho. You can get 2M Monde on a free to air satellite dish (like the ones in Morocco)- It's broadcast from Galaxy 19.

Hi!

We did the typical packages from Dish and DirecTV, but were just too expensive over time for the content. So, my husband from TV2Morro. It is internet streamed from your computer. They send you the modem, and as long as you have a good internet connection you get plenty of channels for about $25-$35 per month depending on the package. I would recommend this route.

Good luck!

Yvette
