Hello! I have several urgent questions here:

1. My husband mailed me the completed documents and I noticed that the paper size is a bit different than that of here in USA. It is slightly longer and less wide. Is this ok?

2. When I file the I-129F do I need to enclose proof of bonafide marriage or just a marriage license and the papers? What all supporting docs do I need? (I called USCIS but they did not help me because they said due to security measures they could not assist and to ask a community based center in my local area).

3. My passport photo is looking like it may be the incorrect size. My head looks slightly larger than it is supposed to be but my shoulders are still quite visible. Do I need to retake the photo or is this ok?

4. Can we mail our documents in a box or does it need to be in an envelope? My husband has all of our docs in plastic files separated according to what they are with cover sheets. Therefore, they look like booklets. Is this ok? They are the plastic file/folders that are see-thru and have a plastic thingy you slide off the side, therefore, no holes are punched into the papers.

5. Should I sign in blue or black ink?

Alright! Thank you in advance!

Allah[swt] says: “You may have someone in your mind, someone in your heart, someone in your dreams, someone in your life, but I am your someone when you have no one"He[swt] reminds us saying "O Prophet! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you." K3's are normally closed at NVC because they arrive with the I130 and NVC only wants to work one file. In the last year only about 5 K3's have been process and thousands of CR1's based on the posts on this board. You may be wasting your time submitting the K3 especially if the I 130 was submitted a while back

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

1. completed documents are for your file copy, only.

2. Since you're the foreign spouse, you'll never apply for the I-129F petition. That's to be filed by the USCitizen Spouse, after the receipt notice from USCIS is received on the I-130.

3. Probably ok as is.

4. USCIS will deconstruct whatever you send them, to put in an A-file type binder. Don't worry for how you send it in, just send it in.

5. I say it doesn't matter. IMO, blue ink is indicative on original signature, not a scanned one like a black signature COULD BE. OTOH, they will be scanning in your documents, blank ink scans better than blue. Your choice, really.

IF the I-129F hasn't been filed yet, I strongly suggest you not file it -
