Hello everybody

My wife and I are filling out the FORM I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE. In this case I'm the alien spouse.

We are having a little problem concerning to the point D.2 Other information. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? If yes, give name, place and date of filing and result.

She filed a petiton for her daughter long time ago but she doesn't remember the date of filing so we wrote "NAME (daughter), Maryland, USA, DO NOT RECALL DATE, APPROVED."

Is it very important to write the date?

Is "Do not recall date" an acceptable answer?

Thanks

I would write unknown personally, or a year. Surely her daughter knows when she immigrated.

I wrote "unable to recall" on my g-325a during the K-1 process. No issues or RFE.
