Being transferred to the CSC just means you will most likely not have an interview.

Do not assume that since your AOS was transferred to the CSC that it will remain there or be completed there. Like our situation, it may get transferred to the CSC, and then transferred back to your local USCIS office. Thus, an interview will be scheduled. Do not get me wrong, being transferred to the CSC is a good sign. However, in lies the possibility of it getting transferred again at any moment. Be grateful and excited about the transfer, but keep a conservative mindset until you get other notifications.

This is true. It does not mean you will absolutely not have an interview. The same thing happened to us. Transferred to CSC, then transferred back to our local office for an interview.

You might wanna look your notice again. After CSC transfer notice, you will get another notice letting you know that CSC recieved your case. So if it says

"The I485 was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office"

that means CSC recieved your case and it is now being processed there. Although it sounds like another transfer to the local office, I think your case might still under review at CSC:)
