Notary in Zapopan/Guadalajara

My fiancee lives in Zapopan. She needs to get her Fiancee Visa documents notarized. She has gone to two notaries already. One said that they don't notarize paperwork for the US, and the other said the paperwork had to be in spanish. My attorney here in the states said they've never had this problem before.

Can anyone tell me if we are going about this the correct way?

Are there any notaries that you recommend in Zapopan or Guadalajara?
