Merci EasternDE et Laure. :)

"Divorce judgments: Applicants who have been previously married must submit evidence of the termination of EACH previous marriage. Evidence must be in the form of original or certified copy divorce decrees obtained by the adjudicating authority, bearing the appropriate seal or stamp. Original or certified copy death certificate or annulments are also acceptable if applicable."

Dans le P4 :

"You must present original of all the below-listed documents for each concerned family member at your interview. […]

8. Divorce judgment(s) (if applicable)"

Version Francaise

Exactement Dido. D'ou ma confusion. dans mon pack 3 aussi la demande du jugement de divorce ne concerne que "l'applicant" au visa. Mais comme tu dis je vais lui demander de me renvoyer l'original de son decree of divorce et non celui du judgment of divorce. C'est plus sur;

Adresse mail de l'embassade : ParisConIV@state.gov

Le texte que je voulais ajouter est : "if you leave your name, a phone number and your case number the embassy should call you back."

Good luck on your journey
