Hello tous le monde

Ce matin, on a voulu changer mon nom sur ma ss card mais ils ne font aucun changement sans la green card.. Du coup, mon EAD est useless car elle est au nom de mariée alors que ma ss card est à mon nom de jeune fille. Du coup, pas pu passer le permit écrit (même raison), du coup je dois encore attendre. Lol je suis dégoûtée. Ca fait déjà 5 mois et demi que je peux rien faire boo.

Enfin bref, c'est de ma faute aussi.

La solution c'est quoi pour eviter ce bordel? C'est le probleme avec leur systeme de SSN... S'ils faisaient comme nous ca serait plus simple.

Oh c'est pas vrai pourquoi ils ont pas voulu? Normalement avec l'EAD tu peux le faire non? Tu es sure que tu es pas tombee sur un/une incompetent(e) ? Et en ammenant le certificat de mariage a la DMV ils veulent pas? Moi ici en Illinois ils m ont dit que c'etait bon...

Je repose quand même la question pour ceux qui ont déjà passé l'examen médical: le vaccin pour l'hépatite B est il fondamental pour la suite du processus dans le cadre du visa K1 ?

Fondamental, j'en sais rien. Tout ce que je sais, c'est qu'il est sur la checklist lors de ton examen médical.

Maintenant, mon ROR n’était pas a jour, ou du moins, pas de preuves suffisantes (d’après le Dr Slattery) dans mon carnet de santé, et c'est aussi sur la checklist, j’ai quand même eu mon AOS approuvé. Peut-être que je recevrai un RFE sur ce point un de ces jours...

Cela dit, l'Hepatite B est quand même plus "fréquente" que le combo ROR, donc en cas de doute, refais-toi vacciner/mettre a jour.

Coucou

Une update sur cette histoire de PV. Je suis allee au tribunal ce matin et j'ai explique la situation, j ai reussi a obtenir une supervision pour "driving with never issued license" donc pendant 6 mois pas de tickets et je ne suis donc pas "convicted", les 150$ que j ai paye ont servi a payer pour la supervision. Ils m ont dit d obtenir une license de l illinois pour conduire dans le futur (j irai la semaine prochaine donc en attendant je conduis plus, fini le permis francais), normalement ca devrait pas poser probleme de ce qu ils m ont dit mais ca on verra sur place comme toujours....

Demain j ai mon rdv pour mes biometrics et je vais me renseigner si je dois leur donner les "original court records" de cette histoire. Je pense que ca fait parti des "traffic violations" mais comme c'est un misdemeanor sur papier je sais pas trop quoi faire. Je veux pas etre accusee d avoir menti sur le I485. J ai pas ete "convicted" mais seulement ete mise en supervision pendant 6 mois (donc c 'est pas reporte sur mes records et j aurai pas mon permis suspendu) et apres ca ils vont "dropper" l affaire a la fin de ma supervision.

Vous en pensez quoi?

En tout cas contente que ce soit fini! Morale de l histoire: vous laissez pas faire !

Le vaccin pour l'hepatite B n'est pas requis si tu as plus de 18 ans.
