Hope je t'ai vaguement répondu parce que 'jai vu qu'on avait sauté ton post! Du coup je l'ai ramené en dernier pour que quelqu'un puisse te montrer un lien.

Je préfère ne pas répondre car c'est plutôt moi qui pose les questions en général.

Bonjour tout le monde !

quequ'un pourrait me dire ce qui se passe quand le nvc envoie le dossier a l'ambassade ? j'ai vu dans les timelines packet 3 , c'est quoi ce packet ?

y a-t-il encore des papiers apres tout ce qu'on a deja envoye depuis le debut.

J'ai vu que tu m'avais citée sur mon post ou je parlais de l'ambassade de France mais j'en suis pas encore là. Mon dossier est même pas encore parti du NVC. Tout ce que je sais, c'est que pour le visa IR1, il y a pas de paquet 3 apparemment. Il n'y a qu'un paquet 4.

Coucou hope,

Alors, il n y a pas de paquet 3 pour les IR1, seulement Paquet 4, qui ne sont que les instructions pour la visite médicale et l entretien.

Lorsque ton dossier part du NVC, tu peux le suivre grâce à DHL.com.

Je crois que tu reçois ta date d entretien avant que le dossier ne parte du NVC - là je n en suis pas vraiment sûre car nos dossiers ont eu une expedite, mais je sais que ça se passe comme ça pour les autres pays.

Donc, tu as ton case complete, le NVC te donne une date d'interview (il faut appeler si tu veux savoir, ils t envoies un mail mais ca peut prendre du temps), puis ton dossier part pour l'ambassade.

Au fait, si ça interesse quelqu'un je peux vous envoyer par mail une copie de paquet 4!

Bon enfin eu une reponse de l ambassade. Le DOS a bien dit nimporte quoi hier, mes docs ont bien ete recus. Deja un soulagement. Par contre rien sur la possibilite d un rdv assez vite alors que j ai quand meme fait une demande d expedite. Je suppose que mon fils compte pour du beurre a leurs yeux. Je vais encore devoir annoncer a mon homme qu il va falloir attendre encore et encore. Alors que quelqu'un qui a renvoye son packet 3 2/3 jours avant moi a deja son packet4 et interview en juin.

Rien a dire a pars que ce sont des enflures...

J ai recontacte notre congressman qui nous avait aide au temps de l uscis et on va voir si ca peut speeder les choses.

Sinon j ai imprime nos factures de tel, nos appels skype etc... avec des photos et des boarding passes, la facture de ma robe de mariee et ma bague et notre fils ca suffit comme preuve tout ca?

Oui c'est ce qu'on m'a dit mais comme mon cas est pas des plus clean je prefere me roder. J ai mon overstay du VWP qui me force a cocher oui a une des question du Ds156 et j ai eu une ptit couac lorsque j etais sur mon visa F1, rien de bien grave qui me rende ineligible pour le k1 visa dieu merci mais bon ce que je veux dire c'est qu on me regardera pas du meme oeil que quelqu'un qui a des clean records.
