I am filling out the form and am a little confused. The form requests income for the past 3 years. I have filed married/joint for the last 3 years since my husband lives in Illinois with us.

Is it correct that I only tell them the info for MY w2's?

Also I receive unemployment for 3-4 months EVERY YEAR since my job is only seasonal. (Been working here since 1999)

So would I include that income since I file it on my taxes every year also?

Since our taxes are joint, do I send his w2's also...or just mine?

You state only your own income for the three years asked for. Yes, include all YOUR income. The question about current income is completely separate. It is not a projection for 2011. It's what you'll make in the next 12 months at your current rate of pay.
