Cubanos!

How did you guys register with the Cuban INterest Section in Washington. I Read you can do it by mail (my wife has PSI) but I dont know what to send in or the amount of money to send in! Anyone know where I can find out ?

Just to shed light on the topic,

Any Non-Cubano or Cubano American who marries in Cuba or files for a change in Visa category will have to deal with this. Note the consulate in Washington RAREly answers their phone nor returns their emails. So I hope we can work towards an answer soon. As most cubans want this category. Good luck everyone
