I have letters came from Immigration and asking for secondary evidence like film-dated photographs of me and my fiancee? How do I do that? Do I need to write it behind the pictures in pen or pencil including the dates? Do I need white adhesives labels to put in the front of the pictures or the behind and dated?

Please advice and need help on this one?

Thank you,

Ray

We just wrote the dates at the back of each photo using a pencil and had no problems, not even RFEs.. We wrote the dates and locations.

USCIS does have the time or willingness to write letters like:

Dear Ray, we loved the pictures, however, despite all the other proof you enclosed with your Original Packet we would like to see a time stamp. OH PLEASE!

Qoate: I have Letters from Immigration. They don't do that. What they do is send you a RFE.

Establish a timeline Ray. When did you send your 129-F ?

Dates, who's in the photographs and the place/location of the photos so they know who's who! What's...What!

I used photo shop and put four photos per page with names, date and place for each photo, put them on a CD stopped off at Kinkos and had them put on color copy paper.

When I took pictures to be developed I printed right off sd card at Wal Mart on the back I was surprised to see it had stamped the time and date. My camera was not set up for it One I hate pictures with the date on it and 2 I did not think to turn it on for visa purposes. It was a nice. The lady at the counter told me that straight from a sd card it is saved in the memory and prints up that way From a cd it does not. Might be worth a try. Daniel
