Our I-129F was approved on June 29, 2011.

On Monday, July 18, 2011 the NVC responded to my inquiry asking if they had received the approved package. They said they have not received it.

This seems strange to me. How could they have not of received it? They then instructed me to inform the research department of NVC to investigate why they have not received it.

Today is the 19 of July........Has anyone else gone 20 days with no notification yet of NVC receiving their approved I-129F package?

Are the packages sent to NVC with a tracking number?

Is there a way to contact NCIS to find out if it was sent or if there is tracking information?

I noticed as well that there seems to be an unusual lag of time from NOA2 to the time that NVC receives some petitions.

Our NOA2 was dated JUN 8th, but NVC did not receive it until 20 days later... Just harsh.

From NVC receive date of JUN 28th the Embassy had not received the petition when I called on JUL 6th.

Now it would seem that we will not have an interview in the month of August. Guess with the current workload, sending in a packet 3 response prior to the 15th of the month will not necessarily mean you will get an interview date the following month. :(

Ours was approved on June 22, 2011 and NVC still has not received it... I would imagine it will take a few more days for the NVC to receive it.

Have you heard anything yet? We received our NOA2 on June 23, 2011. NVC says they still have not received it.
