If you are interviewing in Canada you have to pay in Canada. You need to update your timeline and give more information to help you.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

We did a file transfer to the Philippines that's why I'm asking. Sorry, I didn't update my timeline.

Please I need some help out here. My fiance still in Canada and I need to pay the visa fee at the BPI, can ask someone to go to the BPI and and the visa fee?

Its a must to bring the passport when paying for the visa fee in BPI. Now, if the beneficiary is out of the country, of course, his/her passport is with him/her.
