Where is the NSO so that I can go an obtain a CENOMAR certificate?

According to NSO's website, their physical address in Manila is:

You can also order order your CENOMAR certificate online.

I think u can get Cenomar at any SM branches, NSO have small stall inside or u can also order online, here's the link http://nso.citizenservices.com.ph/ but if u really like to go to their office, here's the google Map..
