Wow how awesome you ALL are!!! star_smile.gif

Thank you all so much for your support. I am so tired it was a looooong day! I have been up since 4:30 am and I am needing some sleep, but first I had to come on and tell all of you we were approved!!!! kicking.gif

The weird thing about the interview.... THEY ONLY ASKED AHMED 1 QUESTION?!?!?! blink.gif Unbelievable!!! They didn't even ask for any of the evidence or to see any pictures, they just looked at us and said "who is (co-sponsor's name)" and Ahmed said it is her Uncle, our co-sponsor. The woman then said we need this document, but you are approved and we will send you thru AP, it should be about 1 month and you will receive the visa. Ahmed and I just stood there blink.gif We couldn't believe it, were we being punk'd??? Where was the list of questions? Didn't they want any evidence???? How could it be that simple??? Well it was folks!!! good.gif VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!! kicking.gif

Will write more later, though I am unsure what to write LOL they didn't ask any questions or ask for evidence they simply gave him the approval! Though I would suggest getting there super early! Also watch out for those line jumpers, we had a few people try to get in front of us but noooooope! I wasn't having any of that! rofl.gif

Wow folks I love my husband!!! We are happy and we made it!!!!! Next up??? ENGO!!! Here's throwing some good vibes you way!!!

what was 'this' document ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Darnell it would seem some of our documents were "lost" in the shuffle from USCIS to NVC to Embassy... my birth certificate and our co-sponosr's letter of income. So the Officer was so kind to approve the visa, but cautioned us to get the document in right away, she informed us that we would have AP, which was very nice to have some honesty and told us it would be atlas 1 month. So we are resending the document to the Embassy which they will have this next week by God willing.

ah - got it. That's sorta cool of them to accept the intake after the interview, whilst the AP is going on concurrently.

Darnel. yea its more than sorta cool! Really the whole experience is so different than anything i ever heard at any Embassy before. Really the whole interview was such a breeze and all the workers at the Embassy was so nice to us. It is just evidence of God's blessings I truly believe!
