I start loosing my patience with NVC

I am a citizen who is applying for her Mother IR-5 visa.

My petition was approved in June 16.

It took a month for my case to arrive to NVC July 15.

Case number was assigned, but that's about it for now.

I keep calling every day to find out if invoice number is generated for AOS bill,

but they are telling me that it takes from 10 to 20 business days for them to

start doing something. Are you kidding me?

I sent an e-mail about choice of agent, but no response yet.

Also, I sent an e-mail to Supervisor Sue to make my case expedited, but

they told me that it was sent to the Embassy in Ukraine and they are going to decide if

to make it expedited or not.

Is it true? I thought that NVC was suppose to make a decision about it. I am really confused.

I see that according to some posts here, everything is going very fast, withing a month cases are completed in NVC. Probably, it is not with my luck. I am really frustrated.

Any comments guys? Any help is appreciated

According to you the file arrived at the NVC on Friday 7/15 and today is Tuesday 7/19. At this point you appear to be impatient.
