I sent in the DS-3032 per email last week, I did not receive the ds-3032 package by mail but an operator told me that I could still email the ds-3032, and so I did. It was accepted this friday and its in the system but I can still not sign into the online payment. When I called today they answears that the AOS fee is still under review and that it will take a couple of days. Is this glitch normal? and that u cannot sign into the online payment? I have been under the thought that once you can send in the DS-3032 then you can also pay the AOS fee bill, but I cant even sign in! Well, if anybody know anything or have some thoughts it would be great

Loto's "Bringing a Spouse to US" has a section on this. A very good resource as is LingChe's NVC Shortcut These should help you and others with their questions.

i emailed my ds 3032 even i havent received the pdf too, is that ok? and also can we do the track 1 and 2 in the flow chart i mean paying and submitting the aos requirements at the same time? thank you

Yes you can pay the AOS fees and submit the 3032 at the same time, you're now waiting for the 3032 t o be acknowledged and the 230 generated. Make sure that you download and print the bar coded coversheet. Some have waited for both the 230 and the AOS to be paid and send them the same time together. Personal preference here but we sent ours as soon as the bar code was generated.

After you get your NVC Case Number and Invoice Identification Number (IIN), NVC needs to enter your case into their system. Then the DS-3032 and AOS (Affidavit of Support) fee bill will be generated and sent out by emails (if emails were provided) else by ordinary mail.

Now if the emails were not entered by the operator, the DS-3032 & AOS may be en route the ordinary mail, so try to logon to the NVC payment portal (https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx) using the NVC Case Number and IIN. If you are able to logon, then you can email your DS-3032 to them. But if you are not able to logon, then the case has not yet been entered into their system and there is no use in doing anything other then wait till you are able to logon (yes, you can call them).

Once you are able to logon but are unable to pay the AOS fee online, you can call them and get that resolved and pay. There are cases where NVC asked the petitioner to just write the NVC Case number on a sheet (for the Cover sheet with bar code) and submit the AOS (I-864) packet.

Once the DS-3032 is accepted by NVC and entered into their system, the Visa Fee billwill be generetaed..... and the process is same as above.

Meanwhile you can also use the automated message system 603-334-0700 and check the status of your case and get the information on the status of your case/ payments/.....

Hope this helps.
