Trouble logging into USCIS website?

I can't log into my account on the USCIS website. (The part where you can see all cases in one place and the last time a case was touched.)

This is what it says:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

  • Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.
  • Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer

I know my username/password are OK. I have no idea what the second line even means.

I've seen this before but it usually goes away after 30 minutes or so. I've been locked out for about 4 hours this time and am wondering if it's a USCIS website issue.

I can check the case status by manually entering the case number.

N-400

Feb. 12, 2016 - Sent N-400 to USCIS (3-year rule)

Feb. 19, 2016 - NOA1

Mar. 14, 2016 - Biometrics

June 2, 2016 - Interview - Recommended for Approval

No one else has had any problems? I'm still getting the same error.

N-400
