Hi,

Our case was approved on 29th June. I have been phoning the AVR to get our case number but it still says they have no record.

What can or shall I do? Wait more?

Anyone else got their number with around the same time NOA2 date?

03/21/2011 - I-130 signed for at Chicago Lockbox

03/24/2011 - NOA1 California Service Center

03/29/2011 - NOA1 hard copy received

06/29/2011 - NOA2 Received

07/05/2011- NOA2 hard copy received

Your I-130 was approved in 97 days from your NOA1 date.

07/26/2011 - Case received by NVC

08/01/2011 - Received NVC Case # and IIN

08/01/2011 - Emailed DS-3032

08/03/2011 - Emailed DS-3032 (Again, noticed an error on the first one)

08/08/2011 - AOS Bill generated and PAID

08/08/2011 - NVC received DS-3032

08/09/2011 - AOS Status changed to paid - cover page printed

08/09/2011 - IV Bill generated and PAID

08/10/2011 - IV Status changed to paid - cover page printed

08/10/2011 - IV Package Sent

08/11/2011 - IV Package Delivered

08/15/2011 - AOS Package Sent

08/16/2011 - AOS Package Delivered

08/18/2011 - IV Package Approved

08/18/2011 - False RFE for AOS package

08/23/2011 - AOS Package Approved

08/23/2011 - CASE COMPLETE!

Unfortunately, not much news here. It's probably best to talk to a person (it's quite easy) as their AVR is not up-to-date (so I've heard). There are a number of topics about this that I've been stalking, so I know there is a bit of a backlog between CSC and NVC. It seems to be moving now for some people, but yes we got it 6/24 and nothing yet (called today... AGAIN).

After 15 business days of waiting, you can send a copy of your NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov.

I did, no response yet (2 business days so far). Probably by the time I hear back I will already know.

3-17-2011: NOA 1 Priority date

3-22-2011: I-130 received

3-23-2011: Touched

3-26- 2011: I-797 C hardcopy received NOA

6-17-2011: NOA 2

6-24- 2011: NOA 2 I-797 hardcopy

NVC

7-20-2011: NVC case # assigned

7-25-2011: DS-261 (choice of agent) submitted

7-25-2011: AOS invoice and paid

7-26-2011: AOS billed

7-27-2011: Choice of agent accepted DS-3032

7-28-2011: IV invoice received and paid

7-29-2011: IV Billed

8-12-2011: DS-260 complete

8-19-2011: IV packet delivered

8-22-2011: AOS packet delivered

8-24-2011: DS-260 and IV packet processed
