I assume that when I enter my wife's name on these forms, I enter her last (family) name as her now married name on not her maiden name.

If that's the name she intends to use then, yes, fill out all forms using her married name.

N-400

Right. I agree with the previous repies. My cae: I retained my maiden name for all my documents including BMV and SSN.
