I just called DOS to get see if I can send my P3 to Vancouver embassy and they said the embassy has it logged, but that they sent me something saying they require some information from me. What could this possibly be since I had no RFE? I'm worried and I'm wondering if someone else has had this experience??

This is more Canada specific you should post in the Canada section. More of us are being sent to Montreal than Vancouver but you might find someone who knows.
