Hello all,...well interview is over and APPROVED!!! Welcome to the US!! Yahoo!!! I hope all of you have the fortune and luck my wife and I have had. Really no hang ups to speak of - unless you count the attorney we hired screwing things up before I came to this site and got the straight answers!! The interview was very easy - no really serious questions - we had all of our original copies of documents, ___ I posted a review under the Canadian (Montreal) consulate section. All in all everyone was pleasant and did what they could to reduce stress. We now wait for the visa and passport return so she can enter the US and finally come home!! Good luck to all!! Oh just to keep track - our NOA1 was February 13, so you can figure out the time it took~~

Well we got Blue Slipped but hopefully once we submit the correct forms we'll be back on track.

I saw that Ivantulier was approved and so was Apeks. Congratulations!! Hopefully before the end of September we'll be approved as well.

Yes, we're approved but have to submit a new I864 for me and an I864A (I guess) for my mother. It doesn't make sense to me but we've already filled out the new forms and will mail tomorrow. I hope they work ok. Once Max gets the original forms in the mail, he is supposed to call the number on the blue paper and then they will tell him when to come back to the embassy to submit the new forms.

Congrats to all the approved and best of luck to all of us who are getting ready for their interviews. My wife never received packet 4 from New delhi embassy, so we are just going to go with the interview letter we got in the email. Hopefully that wont be an issue since most of our original documents have been submitted to the embassy per the NVC email. (Fingers crossed)
