HI MY NAME IS GABRIEL AND I AM CURRENTLY A F1 STUDENT HOLDER AND STUDYING IN A COLLEGE ON NEW YORK CITY, I BEEN IN HERE FOR THE LAST 2 YEAR, WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM, JUST MY VISA IS HAS EXPIRED, BUT I STARTED THINKING TO GET MARRIED IN ORDER TO CHANGE MY STATUS WITH AN CITIZEN, SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP THAT I HAVE TO DO, I AM NOT REALLY INVOLVED ON THIS KIND OF PAPER-WORK, SO PLEASE LET KNOW HOW CAN I START DOING IT??

I AM 19 YEARS-OLD, COLOMBIAN, ANY FURTHER QUESTION JUST ASK ME THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

my visa is already expired since one year ago, but my i-20 is ok, im enrolled on a NYC colleg, i am about to finish my pre-grade and wanting to get marry with a USC girl, but she has no idea about immigration documents and me either, so my question, what are the steps to get the citizen with her help? yes and I want to stay on US and wondering to come back to my country to visit them

1. Marry your USC girl.

2. File for an Adjustment of Status (Look at the "Guides" located above) based on marriage to a USC.

3. After 3 years of marriage and 3 years of being an LPR, you can apply for US citizenship.
