There's a chance my fiancé might be stationed in Guam with the military soon after we get married on a K-1. I know I can't leave the US until the AOS is finished, but is Guam okay since it's an American territory? Or would I not be allowed to come back if I went?

Thanks!

You need to be on his orders for his move as his spouse. Then all is well and fine.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. The biggest problem is orders get cut before we're married, ha! Getting orders changed won't be easy either, but it's certainly not impossible. It might take as long as the AOS though. If I go unsponsored I guess I'm SOL. I guess our best bet is to keep our fingers crossed for a CONUS billet!

Thanks again!
