This is my whole opinion on the subject. I'll number the points for easier reading.

# 1: STFU people. If you don't want your kid to have the ####### doll, don't buy it for them. Like the ####### doll? Great. Buy 3. Whatever.

# 2: Mind your own damn business. You wanna breasfeed? Go for it. Till they're 2 years old? Awesome. Don't wanna breastfeed? Awesome. Whatever you want. Just leave other people alone and let them do what they've decided is the best for their child.

# 3: Get a life. People spend WAY too much time focusing on what everybody else is doing. Get Netflix or something and stop lookin at my boobies.

Thassit.

You breastfed them until they were two years old? The kid should have been on solids way before that with a cup of juice or milk or something...but two years old?

Sure, they were on solids also and drank other things. But, if you research it, breastfeeding is the best thing to build up a child's immune system and they have grown up with hardly any illnesses. At least I didn't breastfeed them as long as their father was breastfed - age 5. He is from Mexico. Germans give their moms three years off of work to take care of their small children. Breastfeeding for two years is not that unusual in many other parts of the world besides the U.S. and is advocated.

Ya now that I think about it, I remember all my play mates saying..; "Hold on I'l be right back, I just have to suck on moms ####### for a quick snack."

You can say what you want, but weird is weird and then there's creepy weird.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Yes, we get your opinion on this. It's been stated.

So are you saying it's the norm in Canada and Europe for mothers to breast feed their children until their two years old? Come on lets see you post it. I'm not talking about Mexico, Botswana, or Borneo either, but US, Canada, and Europe.

*BTW the three years off in Europe for taking care of their kids has zero to do with breast feeding it for that many years.

Frankly, I don't give a damn what the 'norm' is.

Here we have it folks, the arbiter of good taste. Gets women drunk in order to shag them in his truck, bangs his own cousin, has the hots for his MIL, frequented hookers.....and breastfeeding mommies are 'creepy weird'

Excuse me while I

You girls are ganging up on Why_Me, what happened to freedom of speech? The First Amendment guarantees the right of every American to be taken seriously, no matter how ridiculous.

Believe it or not, like it or not, it is becoming more and more the norm that moms are breastfeeding their children beyond the 6- months or even the 1 year mark; because, contrary to you, they are educated about the benefits of breastfeeding even for an extended period of time.

The three years of maternity leave in Germany are very much helping mothers to keep nursing because they don't have the pressure to wean early because they have to go back to work and I know many american moms who would have loved to keep nursing but they just couldn't manage it time and jobwise.

Again, your statements are only based on your own opinion (which yes, we all know, you are entitled to have) and what you "think" is the norm. Please don't state those opinions as facts if you have nothing to back them up with.
