Do they expire? Is there a time frame beyond which USEM will not accept them?

My fiancee's CENOMAR now says valid for employment, does that matter to USEM?

She should apply for a new one for whatever purpose it should serve -- in this case Visa application. The CENOMAR has one year expiration to it -- I believe it's at the very bottom of it. When I applied for my K1, we submitted a copy along with the I-129F packet, then 1 mo. before my interview, I applied for a new one to have a more current CENOMAR.

Dave I was wondering the same thing as you WAY ahead of time.I Emailed the Manila IV Unit and they replied that the Cenomar had no validity .However..... I read on a Post that they use certain color paper each Year on the various documents(NBI, BC) etc: I would just go and get a new one, they dont cost much, less than 100 Pesos...I THINK! I am going to have my fiancee do just that at the time of her Interview! "Good Luck!:thumbs:

Dave here is what USEM Manila IV Unit wrote me:

The CENOMAR has no validity. However, documentation required to process a visa application to conclusion may vary from case to case. In most cases, only after the applicant's visa interview can the adjudicating consular officer determine if additional or updated documentation is necessary to assist with the adjudication.
