Question Concerning 134 Form

Well, I am filling out a 134 form of support and my dad is also filling one out for my fiance.

Here are two questions(if anyone has any insight please give me some, thank you!): On line 10 it asks if any visa petitions have been filed, now my dad has not filed the 129 form for the k1, but I have; however, since my dad is sponsoring my fiance would he put his name in line 10, or leave it blank?

Question two: On the example form of the 134 form that this site provides in line 11, neither of the boxes are checked, but a N/A is typed in the available lines with a K1 Visa Process ? Do I fill in the intend to make specific contributions? does my dad?

thank you!! please help if you can!

My dad also filled out the 134's for my fiancee.

For #10 he wrote "None"

for #11 my dad wrote "furnish room and board, for as long as needed"

for #11 I wrote something like "all expenses including; visas, medical, travel, food, housing, and all living expenses. forever" or something like that, don't remember exactly. But it worked just fine.
