NVC filling through email

Hi, I am new to this and I have a question. I have filled for my sons residency papers and I am currently filling out the I-184 and I-184a. I have done most of this process with the NVC through email and as I understand if you start to to the process through email you have to finish all of it through email. I have to send in all of the papers as PDF attachments but is there an specific order in which I need to do it. If so could someone help me with telling me the order in which it needs to be sent, with the cover letters and all.

This process is really frustrating me PLEASE HELP!!!

It would help if your timeline was filled out. What visa are you filing for? What country is this? Only a few select countries are eligible for electronic processing and it depends what visa you're applying for.
