Hello,

We just sent our AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-864 and I-765 all together) on July 16, 2011 (Adjusting from F-1 Student Visa). I was checking the copies we made and I just realized we missed a question on Form I-130 Part C, Question 13: Has your relative ever been in the US? (Yes or No). We didn't see it and left both boxes unchecked :(

Do you think they are going to send everything back just because of that unanswered question? Everything else is completed.

Thank you!

Thank you for your quick reply, Harpa. Just found out that the checks were cashed yesterday! :) I think that is a good sign, right?

I will just wait and see what happens. Fingers crossed!

They will probably send an RFE. Good luck.
