Hello everyone!

My girlfriend is 2011 DV Lotterty winner. We are about to get married in Serbia and we are not sure if I can benefit from her "luck"

Does any of you know if I can send some kind of forms together with her papers to the embassy so we both get immigration visas?

If yes, do you know what forms?

Please be assured that this is the real deal and that we have tons of proof that we have been together for quite some time.

Any marriage after winning will be looked at closely as many are fraud but yes you can. Even if you don't marry ahead once she has a green card in hand you can apply for an I130 , although it will take a couple of years to get a visa.

Do you know what the procedure is since we are planing to get married here in Serbia?

She hasn't filed any forms yet. So, should I file the same DS230 or is there something else I need to do?
