Hi VJ,

In the I-864EZ (Affidavit of Support), it asks me to list the number of people I've sponsored before. I did not sponsor anyone, but I did CO-sponsor someone a year ago; does that count as being a sponsor? Should I count that someone into my count list as someone whom I have already sponsored? Eventhough I was just a CO-sponsor; do the obligations still apply?

get employment authorization - not required
file I-751, petition to remove the conditions of residence (before 2nd year expires upon entry)

Yes it counts because you sponsored them even if your co-sponsoring. That person/people that you helped count.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
