no. not what i said. careful now misrepresntation of another posters comments is a TOS violation.

i have noticed there isn't an invite on my FB. so, i could verify my concerns were w/o merit.

You aren't offering anything meaningful. You have offered unfounded allegations about other sites. That isn't anything that the admin can act on or do anything about.

I wonder if the moderator(s), former moderators, deputy moderator(s), organizers and former organizers that are members of that group would like to discuss whether or not certain attacks by members of that Facebook group on members of this site are being openly discussed in that group.

They are the first ones to jump in a regional forum and start #######, and the first ones to cry wolf. Hypocrites imo.

How about we let the admin or the moderators comment, since they are who the op is directed to?

Is it against the TOS for one member to encourage (whether explicitly or implicitly) another member to leave VJ? I thought it was, but I'm not sure there is a definitive answer on this. Can anyone clear this up?

Smoke, you know I don't have a problem with you, so I'd love this to be taken for what it is, and not have some personal agenda imferred into what I'm saying.

You make fun of the group, then want another invite. It's antagonistic. You have a problem seemingly cos of +1s and certain people's presence in certain threads. But why are you here in this one? Whether you found it on your own, or someone pm'd/emailed/chatted you a link...does it take away from your right to be here, or the validity of your opinion?

That group on FB is people who have made friends off this site. It has our real names, link to real profiles. I for one, am not about to invite you there just so you can pull apart conversation between friends. It makes me uncomfortable, tbh...and that's why you haven't gotten an invite from me, not because of an inability to prove anything.

At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter what is being said elsewhere (although there is no coordination for attack)...the reason for this thread is a real issue here on VJ, and it's a valid question I wish the mods or Ewok would address.

I realise that it can't be exhaustive, but I do think that the TOS can be rather vague at times. Also that there is a perception that there is something of a culture of secrecy as to how the TOS is enforced that could allow people to get away with things they probably shouldn't.

Of course, that goes a bit beyond the question that was asked by the OP.
