Filed: TN Visa Timeline

Im currently TN status, just married a USC, filling out all the forms for AOS and working on I-131 Advance Parole now and wanted to confirm a few things:

Part 1, 3. Class of Admission- TN-1 Status- Correct?

Part 2, Application Type- d. I am applying for an advance parole document to allow to to return to the US after temporary foreign travel- Correct?

Part 3, 1/2. Date of Intended Departure/ Expected Length of Trip- Im not exactly sure when my next trip will be- perhaps Sept. 2/2011 back to Canada for a few days. Is that too early? I was hoping this would be an open ended document that would allow me to travel back to Canada for weekend trips, Christmas vacation, etc. Do I just put my first plan trip here, and then will it be open ended after that?

What kind of explanation or other evidence do I need to prepare showing circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document. Just state that I am filing all of my AOS paperwork concurrently?'

Again, thanks in advance, I sleep much better at night being able to double check and confirm all of this stuff.

07/29/11 AOS filed

08/03/11 AC text/emails

08/10/11 NOA received

08/30/11 Biometrics scheduled

10/26/11 Interview Letter received

12/02/11 I-485 Interview
