Nvc sign in failed and voice mail is incomplete or missing document?

Nvc sign in failed and as per the voice mail it said missing or incomplete document both are at same time .....is it possible??????????/....plz help me

Are you absolutely sure you put the right numbers in?

If so, then I would probably be paying more attention to the sign in fail than to the AVR - it can take days for the AVR to be updated.

30 Nov 2010 - Sent I-130 to Chicago

1 Dec 2010 - I-130 received at Chicago

18 Apr 2011 - APPROVED!! NOA2 text and email

NVC

29 Apr 2011 - Case entered into the system/Case number assigned; Medical Exam in Sydney

30 Apr 2011 - Police Check Application sent

2 May 2011 - Called NVC and got Invoice ID number

3 May 2011 - Sent DS-3032 email

4 May 2011 - Received email reply from NVC for DS-3032; Received Medical Exam results

5 May 2011 - AOS invoiced and paid

7 May 2011 - AOS package sent; IV invoiced and paid

9 May 2011 - AOS package delivered to NVC according to tracking

20 May 2011 - RFE for missing IV package....still waiting on Police Certificate!

24 May 2011 - Received Police Certificate after 25 days (so much for 7-10!); IV package sent

27 May 2011 - IV package delivered according to tracking

8 Jun 2011 - RFE for original marriage certificate; requested supervisor review since we KNOW it was in the package!

30 Jun 2011 - SIF and CC - FINALLY!!!!

13 Jul 2011 - Interview date assigned! Scheduled for August 9th @ 10am

9 Aug 2011 - Interview - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12 Aug 2011 - Visa in hand

24 Aug 2011 - POE @ LAX

yes i am sure that i put my case number in AVR..i got sign in fail first than after AVR.....i am confused..

yes i am sure that i put my case number in AVR..i got sign in fail first than after AVR.....i am confused..

So you got a Sign in Fail on the payment portal, but then rang the AVR and it said 'missing documents'?

The AVR can take days to update - it wont always say the same as what the payment portal does.

When I got my SIF, it took three days until the AVR finally updated and said that my case was complete. Before that, it was still telling me that they mailed me letter for missing or incomplete documents.

It sounds to me like your case is just about complete. Call the NVC first thing Monday morning and they will be able to tell you if your case is closed.

you are sure that SIF means case completed at NVC.

Unless you have entered the wrong numbers into the system....then yes.

Your case will usually be completed within a couple of days of SIF, sometimes even the same day as SIF like mine was.

Call the NVC on Monday...talk to an operator....and they should be able to give you some good news!

thank you ...hopefully it will be okay on monday....but i got sign in fail on 15th july in morning and AVR status change same day night ..as per AVR it said incomplete or missing document...sp i am little confused
