I have made a copies of the entire K-1 package that was sent to give to my Fiance once we are approved and he will go to the interview.

Who gets the 134 or 184 document? Me, the USC or my fiance? Or do I get this form on line?

I will also sign and have him sign new letters of intent.

I will give him paystubs, my 401K statement, a letter from my employer, a letter from my bank.

What does the letter from the bank say?

What gets notarized? All of these documents or just the letter of support?

I will give him cell phone bills, airline receipts and my tax returns.

Am I missing anything?

Bridgett,

The letter of Support is authorized. At this exact moment I am unable to answery your question regarding the bank letter. However, I do wish to stress to you the importance of having a lot of evidence of an 'on-going relationship' ie., photos, emails, IM, even letters from family and friends.

I wish you well.

ALL things work TOGETHER for GOOD!

First...Good luck to you in Greece and have an awesome vacation.

The only document that needs to be notarized is the I-134. As Boaz said Evidence is key to all applications. I dont know your situation but go over some questions about each other. So when he is in the interview he wont trip up on any questions. The more I read the more I see that they tend to look for dated answers on things. When did you meet? When did you get engaged? Stuff like that. And they will ask the same question many times just in a different manner. Looking to question the validity of your relationship.

Good luck to you !!!

16/10/2006- Interview date- I'm nervous and my fiance is cool calm and collective. And she's the one that has to do the interview.

Bridgett you sound a bit in a hurry, be calm.

Fist thing you shoud do is read through the guides here. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

They explain exactly what is needed to send your fiance

Look carefully at the instructions included with the I-134, which you will get notarized and send to your fiance. Your fiance will need that for visa interview. The I-134 instructions explain what documentation is needed with the form in part II on the instruction page. http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-134.pdf

The statement from employer should indicate: Nature of work, temp/perm, salary, .. You may want to include copy of last years 1040.

Letter from bank indicate: list of deposits since beginning of year, current balance, savings account. Note Bank letter is optional if your income exceeds 125% of poverty which is figured counting, you, fiance and any other dependents on you. Poverty line table: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/for...iles/I-864p.pdf

Again read the guides: :guides:

The only thing that needs to be Notarized is the I-134

Ohh did I say you should read the guides?

To address some of your questions only.

You can get I-134 from the internet. I believe he'll also get a copy of it in packet 3.

Phone bills are good, but they are more evidence of communicating than of ongoing relationship. Try and find e-mails, letters, chat logs, evidence that shows content (by reading them the consular officer has to see you guys are in a legitimate relationship).

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
