What is the name of the bank in Morocco to pay fees

Just a quick question....

I have been searching USCIS and STATE.Travel.gov but cannot find the name of the bank where my brother-in-law needs to pay his MRV fee for his student application. His interview is Wednesday. Does anyone know where it is, so he can pay it Monday?

YES! For the past 40 minutes and I cannot locate it....it just states to bring the receipt to the interview.
