Hi everybody , I'm getting my package on Monday :) lookin forward to that. Gonna call Trinidad embassy to shedule my appt. Did any one ever purchase a pre paid fedx envelope so that their package get to the USICS fast. And when the embassy sends the waiver package do they send my entire cr1 and documents back to America? Do u guys think it's wise to walk along with the envelope?

The Embassy keeps the CR1 packet and the waiver paperwork goes to Santo Domingo PR in your case. I have seen post where OP says they were allowed to purchase FED EX envelope and give it to consular section to send waiver immediately instead of waiting for Diplomatic Pouch. (not at DR ) I think you should ask at the time of waiver turn in if they will allow this can't hurt.
