Im currently employed on TN Status (just marred US citizen and applying for AOS). I have no plans to change jobs, if that matters.

Quick question regarding my I-765 Application for Employment Authorization. am I applying for:

Permission to accept employment.

Replacement (of lost employment authorization document)

Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach previous employment authorization document)

Permission or Renewal? I figure Renewal, but just wanted to double check with someone, just in case. thanks in advance!

It's "permission to accept employment." You are changing categories so this counts as a NEW application. There is another space to indicate that you have had other EADs in the past.
