Dalegg asked where the UN stood on beheadings.

They are against it, but it isn't considered breaking any international law if you do it, right? Therefore, it can only be a crime if the Country it's committed in has outlawed it, and since the State itself is doing it, it must not be a crime there.

It's also irrelevant as to whether or not the person being executed was wrongly found guilty or not. It's not illegal in any country to accidentally execute innocent people.

How do you "accidentally execute" somebody? :unsure:

I'm assuming there aren't a lot of state governments that actually intend to execute innocent people.
