Is it the IR-1? We are planning to apply but we don't have yet any knowledge on what to do yet. Did you do it yourself with your hubby or you are using a travel agency?

I assume that you meant Attorney. Using an Atty. is a waste of money.

I'd suggest you read the CR-1/IR-1 Guide.

thank you for your reply hannyndinlove..well for now we waiting for noa but i wonder cuz my husband just send the i130 and we wanted to do k3 so i wanted to know if k3 is still ok?or we shouldnt do that anymore?we just wanted to be together soon..what did you do anyways?
