hi every one?is there any one here who send the packet I-130 this july?im wondering whats really gonna happen next..hope i can talk to some one who just send packet this july..

my husband send it today..he was in georgia right now..i think he send it in chicago.

I see. What type of visa did he filed? Where are you from if you don't mind? I am from Cebu

Is it the IR-1? We are planning to apply but we don't have yet any knowledge on what to do yet. Did you do it yourself with your hubby or you are using a travel agency?

Hi, I suggest you follow the guides for spouse visa of a USC. You can find it above in the 'GUIDES' column. It's a user friendly guide and it is also step by step. Thats what we used when we filed for our I-130 last month. Goodluck!

Jan 13, 2012 - AOS paid (Only appeared as PAID on 1.17.2012)

Jan 14, 2012 - DS-3032 accepted

Jan 17, 2012 - IV invoice received & paid

Jan 22, 2012 - Mailed AOS & IV packages to NVC

Jan 30, 2012 - RFE/Checklist for I-864

Feb 01, 2012 - Mailed the IRS tax transcripts to NVC

Feb 03, 2012 - Case complete!!!

are you guys married?well just do it by our self we keep doing researching and also if we didnt understand thing we call the ucsi so then they can answer what we need..we didnt use any attorney..

My reply:

Hi. I think we are on the same page. Actually, there's already a thread for IR-1/CR-1 July 2011 filers. Try to search it perhaps, you can add yourself there so we can monitor each others progress.

Hopefully, after sending your I-130 you will have your I-797 soon. Meanwhile, just start preparing for your NVC documents. That's what I was adviced to do too, by our fellow VJs when I was in a limbo after filing I-130. Then the long wait for NOA-2 begins.

well after we receive noticed from uscis were planning to file i129 its k3 visa..so im hoping it will work..where you from anyway?

You will receive the NOA1 in a week or two from the date of filing.

You can also start gathering all necessary docs that proves your ongoing/bonafide relationship while waiting for the NAO2.
