What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved

I know I am asking a lot of questions that could probably be eliminated, but on the "What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved" part of the guides, #4 and #5...

4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is notarized (by a public notary), with all required supporting evidence. Some consulates may require a different form. Some require an I-864. If yours does, send that instead. You can call or email the consulate to check. Additionally, the consulate will notify your fiance(e) via mail correspondence which they prefer. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.

Do I have to fill one out? And send it in along with the one from the sponsor? Or just them?

5. You will likely need at a minimum (for the above form) two to three of your most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position. Begin collecting these asap after your NOA2 arrives. You will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134/I-864. Specifically you will need at least 2 of the 4 options mentioned in Section II-Supporting Evidence of the I-134.

Again, do I need this info, or just the person sponsoring my fiancé? Or will there be two separate affidavit of support forms? One for me, and one for the other supporter?

These are the items I sent to my fiance upon him being approved, although I had no sponsor

Affidavit of Support notarized

paystubs

letter from boss

letter from bank

6 months worth of bank statements

tax returns just in case, they were not required for I-134 but are required for I-1864

supporting evidence, cards, pictures, originals of all copies I sent with original petition, phone logs, chat transcripts, boarding passes, flight itenary

in fact I sent him a copy of the entire I-129F petition that I had sent to USCIS

My original birth certificate, divorce, and previous marriage certificate. Only applies if you have been married before, but you do need to send original birth certificate.

New notarized letter of intent to marry

If you have a passport, you need to send copies of that.

As for sponsor I would think they would need to fill out the same affidavit of support your embassy requires whether it be the I-134 or the I-1864......and they will also need to provide evidence along with it to prove they can meet the requirements. When you send all this information over, I would use DHL, I have found them to be much more reliable than FEDEX when sending things overseas.....I am sure others will let you know if I have forgotten something, or said something wrong about the sponsor, because I am not too familiar with the sponsor part, as I didn't have to use one, GOOD LUCK TO YOU
