I read the local papers back home. How reliable some of those sources are I do not know as some newspapers in India are comparable to Tabloids here in the Western World.

As long as ppl get interview scheduled done quickly most won't mind getting it done in other consulate in India.

As long as ppl get interview scheduled done quickly most won't mind getting it done in other consulate in India.

If it does happen for my wife (we are from Gujarat), I would like to get the choice of Delhi as I would just suggest that she pack like she is going to get her visa and get on the next feasible flight out. She has to go thru Delhi for the direct flight to Chicago via Air India anyways.

Just to add: Indira Gandhi International Airport is amazing. I swear I felt like I wasn't even in India the last time I was there!

I agree Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport is world-class. I boarded my flight in Dec-2010. It does standout as any top airport around the world.

Yes their shift to new building in Bandra-kurla complex might be problem for upcoming interviews but BMB will post that on their web site before time. As there is no such official announcement. Lets see....

Just checked and got the interview scheduled for Sept 28. One more step to go. :dance: :dance: :dance:

Barely made it in Sept although you and me are just four days difference in NVC case completion date.

Hi Hitu, My nvc case completion date is 14th july but I got interview date in 3rd week of sept. Yours was completed on 14th july and you got interview date in 1st week of sept...how come.....I do not know...do you have any idea...best luck
