Can anyone help me with this situation?

I have gathered all the documents needed for the interview except one police certificate which is on its way from South america. I'm in Seoul Korea. It is already requested and it needs to get translated in English since it's not possible to get the document translated dutch into English in Korea. I also already have an interview date and I'm afraid that I will not receive the police certificate on time. When I called the embassy, the person I talked to told me that I can request the interview date when I receive the packet 3 because scheduling an interview date would take a month or 2. So I requested it and I got an interview date the next day. So since maybe I won't be able to receive my documents on time, I was thinking to bring the non translated document (which will be send by fax because the original document will be at the translation company). Does anyone know if it's possible to send the document when I receive it after the interview? Or will my visa get denied?

Please help.

Thank you
