Avoiding possible RFE?

Hello VJ members,

I know this waiting time is really frustrating and we all have different questions but I need your help on this one. I might be overreacting, you tell me :)

I sent the packet last month but did not include any boarding passes since i misplaced them. What i included for the proof of visit are these things: credit card statement showing the amount and date when the ticket was purchased, email from the airline showing that i boarded all the flights to the origin and back and complete copy of the passport. However, at the time of visit, i was not US citizen and i was using Bosnian passport and don't have stamps on it showing that i entered Bosnia since they don't stamp it if it's Bosnian passport. I just have the stamps showing that i entered the US on the way back, couple times last year and once this year.

I found couple of boarding passes, baggage claims and car rental receipts while i was there, do you all think it's better to wait for "possible RFE" or to send this evidence right now while waiting for NOA2?

Every day without her is like a year and i just don't want this to go any longer than it's supposed to. I appreciate any advice that can help.

Do not send anything unless you get an RFE letter in the mail.

RFEs come with a special paper that you have to return with the evidence so that the evidence reaches your case. Without this whatever you send will likely get tossed out or never reach your case and get lost in the massive mail jumble.

Sending more evidences in the middle of the process is not a good idea. Probably the evidences that you sent with the original petition could be good enough. Just wait for few weeks and find out the out come of the petition. At that point you will do whatever required by the USCIS. I didn't include boarding pass with my petition but was approved. Wait for them.

Good Luck

Ok thanks for replies, i guess i'll just wait and hope they dont RFE me :)...

It seems that some countries get approved faster than the others. i know it's supposed to be first come first serve, but looks like they pick ones that are more risk countries and do some extra background checks...
