Notarized I-134, but. . .

Hi All,

My fiance (USC) just got his I-134 notarized for my interview at his bank (Washington Mutual). However, on the line stating "Signature of Officer Administering Oath" the notary printed "see attached jurat" and didn't sign on the line. The attached sheet that they added has the seal and her signature and that it was in regards to the Affidavit of Support. Is this what it should be? Is the Vancouver consulate going to accept this? Everything else is filled out under the "Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor" section. What do you guys think?

Also, my fiance got the past 3 years of tax transcripts from IRS. Do these need to be notarized too? He will also give me the last 3 years of returns too - should they be notarized? Anything else notarized other than the I-134?

Only I-134 needs to be notarized.

From the form:

Evidence should consist of copies of any or all of the following documentation listed below that are applicable to your situation.

...

The sponsor must submit in duplicate evidence of income and resources, as appropriate:

...

1. Copy of last income tax return filed

Thanks, but is it fine that the notary didn't actually sign on the "signature of officer administering oath" line but instead include her own sheet with her signature, seal, and that it is regards to the affidavit of Support?

I had my I - 134 notarized at the Automoblile Club of Southern California and they did exactly the same thing as your bank, attaching their own page with the notary signature and the stamp. I did question him thoroughly and he stated that he had done many without a problem.
